4th of July

Good evening my crafty bloggers. It has been a hectic week as always. Work has been very busy, kids are there usual and Mr Darcy wasn’t to well so I do feel a bit tired. Never tired to do crafts though 🙂 My new card has been made for my colleague. Her son will be forty on the 4th of July and she has asked me for a card in this theme. She has also mentioned that her son likes motorbikes and it would be nice to add it to the card. Two together weren’t easy to join but hopefully I didn’t do to bad. What do you think guys? Please leave a comment if you pass by and I will return the favor. Hugs to you all! xxx

Mad Hatter Birthday Card

Evening everyone. As per my previous post I have been asked to make 2 birthday cards for my friend’s sister. Second card is for ‘future sister in law’ 🙂 Birthday Girl’s nickname is Hatty therefore ‘mad hatter’ picture was needed. I have found girly version online, painted it with markers, covered with glass paint which smudged it as always ;). I have also used purple as the main colour (favourite of the birthday girl), pink ribbons, dollies which I have inked myself, chipboard sign, circle die cut which I have covered with paper ‘happy birthday’ note. Oh and white pearls. Simple card 😉 hugs xxx

Gary Barlow

Good evening lovely bloggers. I am so tired I didn’t even had a power to post for the past few days. I have made a card last night as well and finished it off today but I don’t like it, therefore no sharing this time. Don’t know what it is but I just don’t like the look of it.

Anyways, my driving is getting better. Instructor says I only have some snall mistakes to rectify and I should be ready. Can’t wait! Work is busy, Benbladen is teething again and Mrs Suzi can sing ‘Impossible’ song and sign it as well 🙂 Oh I would have forgotten! We went for Suzi’s assembly at school last Friday and you will never guess who came as a special guest…..Gary Barlow!!!!! Yep and below is the prof. How awesome is that?! 😉 hugs everyone! X

Happiness

Hello to you all! I have been busy with another card for a special Dad. I was meant to give him my previous Father’s Day card that I have made but decided that that one will travel to my dad in Poland as he will love our photos. This card has been therefore made for Mr Darcy to celebrate his fatherhood tomorrow. I have used different backing papers, ribbon, sizzix frame die to put the fishing man stamp picture in. I have also used paper flowers and blue pearls. Mr Darcy loves fishing and hopefully this will bring some happy memories for him.

Hugs & Kises Card

As usual good evening everyone 🙂 My night life continues therefore I don’t visit during the day as often as I would like to. Driving lessons, work, kids, kitten and few other things are keeping me busy as always. I am also busy with new card orders. I have to do 5 cards till Friday so busy busy busy 🙂

Today’s post is about a ‘thinking of you’ card. One of my work friends husband is fighting with cancer at the moment therefore my friend is on a long term sickness due to stress. Me and few other girls are sending her flowers to point that we remember about them. On this occasion I have obliged to make a card to send to her as well.

Weekend

Good evening! Seems like I am struggling with keeping up here 🙂 Busy, busy and once again busy. With two little ones at home there is always something to do. I am sad now that weekend is ending now. We had a lovely few days. Yesterday we went to Southport and today to an Ice Cream Farm. Our garden also looks like a garden and we have even managed to buy kids a sandpit. They seems to love it so hopefully it will keep them busy at evenings 🙂 I am off warfarin since Friday. So far, so good. Didn’t really notice any difference. I have my follow up appointment tomorrow so wondering what they will say. Then, I am going back to work. Also, for past few days I have been living of an idea that has grown so deep in my head that I am spending every free second of the day to get as much information as I can. It’s a long process so will share with everyone once I am a bit closer to pursue with it. Keep fingers crossed for me though 😉

Hope you all had a lovely weekend too and lots of sunny hugs for this week x
